A motorcyclist was hospitalized Saturday after colliding with a car on Princeton Avenue, police said.
The crash occurred at the intersection with Elizabeth Avenue around 9:42 p.m., said Sgt. Neal Pedersen, spokesman for the Brick Township Police Department.
Pedersen said the motorcycle collided with a car, though he did not specify the make and model of each vehicle. The motorcyclist suffered internal injuries as a result of the crash and was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune.
The driver of the car was not injured, Pedersen said.
