At least four people were injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash near Exit 77 on the Garden State Parkway, according to a report.
The Asbury Park Press reported the driver of one of the vehicles was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune with serious injuries. Three others were also taken to the hospital, the report says.
The site reported the crash occurred around 6:15 p.m. when a vehicle traveling in the right lane struck another that had crossed lanes and become inoperable.
The report says State Police shut down all northbound lanes near the crash to investigate, but 511nj.org reported the roadway clear of delays as of 11 p.m.
